My first attempt at portraiture was done as a birthday gift. It is titled Portrait of José T…. in Lanzarote and is based on a photo I took during a trip to one of the island’s clothing-optional beaches in early 2011.
Rolling Through Life
Also included here is a painting done for Isabel T. as a housewarming gift in early 2010. It depicts some of her hobbies and favorite activities. I titled it Rolling Through Life which for me is evocative of the free-spirited, full-throttle way she experiences the world.
